If everything just ends, then all actions, all beliefs, all everything else are pointless. If nothing matters, a belief that we can make a change, make things better, is a lie. So if lies are all we have to believe in, then lies mean everything to us in the moment we hold them close--and still, in the end, mean absolutely nothing.
