Duh, I'm a Bush

So is no one in the Bush family capable of saying anything intelligent? All this time I thought Bush 43 got his stupidity from Bush 41...then I hear Barbara Bush's comments on Hurricane Katrina:
"What I'm hearing, which is sort of scary, is they all want to stay in Texas. Everyone is so overwhelmed by the hospitality," she said during a radio interview with the American Public Media program "Marketplace." "And so many of the people in the arena here, you know, were underprivileged anyway, so this is working very well for them."
What.the.fuck??? So apparently it's not just a stupid gene directly in the Bush bloodline somewhere; apparently if you marry one your brain falls out. And when asked to make another statement about this comment, her spokesperson said that her comments would stand as they are, there was no need for clarification.
So apparently she really meant that all of the people who lost loved ones and everything they own and were moved out of state to a sports arena really are the lucky ones in all of this. I would go on a rant but it would take the focus away from her quote...Jesus H. Christ.
